Experiment #1: Greyscale

In one study, switching one’s phone to greyscale was associated with about 20 minutes of reduced screen time per day.*

Hypothesis: Greyscale will make my phone less visually rewarding, reduce mindless scrolling, and help me engage more with the non-screened world.
